Returns / RMA-Service
In the event that a product we supplied to you is not working as expected, our RMA service is straightforward and quick. We ask for your help to enable us to process the return efficiently.
Please note:
- Please contact us before returning a product.
- Returns without indication of a valid RMA number or unpaid parcels will not be accepted and will be returned to sender against payment.
RMA Procedure

Our colleagues will go through the case with you and provide our RMA
form to you if required.
2. In case our support team confirms that it is an RMA case, an RMA number
will be generated for you and we will inform you which address to return the
product(s) to.
3. We will detrmine the further procedure case by case - repair / failure
analysis / replacement - and will stay in close contact with you until
the case is closed.
