Industrial U.2 PCIe NVMe SSDs
This new generation of U.2 SSDs is based on the NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) protocol and the PCIe interface. NVMe enables the highest throughput and fastest response times to date for all types of enterprise workloads and has been specially developed for applications with high speed requirements, such as servers and data centres or industrial automation.
NVMe SSDs are available with or without housing. They support an extended temperature range and come with PLP (Power Loss Protection).

Automotive Grade
Automotive Grade PCIe 4.0 SSDs were developed for the automotive industry.
With a read speed of up to 3,500MB/s and a write speed of up to 3,000MB/s, these U.2 PCIe SSDs are suitable for driver assistance systems that require high-performance data storage of enormous amounts of data, recording them quickly and continuously.
Industrial Grade
U.2 PCIe NVMe SSDs tested for industrial suitability are recommended for embedded applications with extreme requirements.
The industrial temperature grade covers a range from -40°C to +85°C. Extreme temperature, vibration, shock and other environmental stresses are no problem for these industrial grade U.2 SSDs.
Thermal throttling prevents overheating, which can occur with high-performance PCIe NVMe flash storage devices, while ensuring continuous performance.
