Industrial M.2 SATA SSDs
Industrial M.2 SATA SSDs are robust SSDs for deployment in harsh environments. They are available in the M.2 form factors (NGFF) 2280, 2260, 2242 and 2230, with capacities of up to 7.68TB.
Hardware and firmware-based power loss protectors prevent data loss in the event of a sudden power failure. AES 256-bit and TCG Opal encryption are available on some SSDs, for additional data security.
Thanks to the specially selected TLC NAND components, these SSDs have a much longer service life compared to SSDs available in the consumer market. In pSLC mode, the life span is comparable to SLC, at a significantly lower price.

Long-term availability
The industrial grade M.2 SATA SSDs we offer have a fixed BOM (Bill Of Material), which means that the individual components of each individual part number are always the same. Thus, compatibility is ensured from one delivery to the next. Changes to the product are communicated 3 to 6 months in advance, allowing enough time to secure stock or to evaluate new products. In this very fast-paced market, industrial grade SSDs generally have a significantly longer life span than consumer products.
Power Loss Protector
A PLP (Power Loss Protector) prevents data loss and write errors that can be caused by a sudden power failure. This solution provides sufficient power to bridge voltage fluctuations. Unlike the usual SuperCap solution, which loses its performance at extreme temperatures, our hardware and firmware-based protection mechanisms are insensitive to temperature fluctuations.
Global Wear Leveling
Global Wear Leveling treats and manages all NAND flash components in a drive as a unified management unit for data storage. The higher the total capacity (more spare memory for spare blocks), the higher the durability of the SSD. Global Wear Leveling maps logical addresses of the host device evenly and randomly into physical addresses of NAND flash.
Certifications
CE certification: mandatory for all products marketed in the EU. Fulfils all EU-wide requirements for safety, health protection and environmental protection.
FCC certification: FCC certification of components is required for approvals of end devices in the USA.
BSMI approval: for sale in or to Taiwan, or for certain locally manufactured products.
UKCA compliance: this product labelling is required for products placed on the UK market.
RoHS & REACH: our products comply with both the RoHS Directive and the REACH Regulation.
