Industrial 2,5" SATA SSDs

Our industrial 2.5’ SSDs are developed to fulfil most stringent requirements and testing procedures, in order to be performant in data centres, where requirements increase and workloads beome more and more intense.

In order to cope with such heavy workloads, server solid state drives need to ensure high performance despite random reads and writes (IOPs), while at the same time managing functions for power fail prevention. This is extremely important for applications that require continuous operation to function 24/7 in such environments.

We offer ruggedised SSDs from ATP, Innodisk, Swissbit and Transcend. These manufacturers are specialized in developping robust SSDs for industrial use with an extended temperature range, power loss protection and, of course, a fixed BOM (fixed bill of material).

Long-term availability

Our 2.5‘’ SATA SSDs have a long life time and are therefore ideal for industrial applications where components are often subject to extensive testing before qualification. In addition, our SSDs have a fixed BOM (Bill Of Material): for each part number, all components remain the same, ensuring 100% compatibility from one delivery to another. Changes to the product are communicated months in advance. This allows enough time to secure stock or to evaluate successor products.

Power Loss Protection

The Power Loss Protection (PLP) mechanism is a combination of controller-based solutions and capacitors built into the SSD, making sure the write cycle of data in the cache is finished even in the event of sudden power loss. PLP helps prevent both data loss and corruption of the file system, and thus protects the SSD against complete failure.

Certifications

CE certification: mandatory for all products marketed in the EU.Fulfils all EU-wide requirements for safety, health protection and environmental protection.

FCC certification: FCC certification of components is required for approvals of end devices in the USA.

BSMI approval: for sale in or to Taiwan, or for certain locally manufactured products.

UKCA compliance: this product labelling is required for products placed on the UK market.

RoHS & REACH: our products comply with both the RoHS Directive and the REACH Regulation.
