DDR4 RAM
DDR4 is the successor generation of DDR3 and supports features and functions that ensure higher performance compared to previous DRAM products, such as lower power consumption and higher storage capacity. One of the most important features of DDR4 RAM is its improved bandwidth, which allows faster data transfer between RAM and CPU. This makes DDR4 RAM ideal for industrial applications that require high performance and reliability. These include, for example, infotainment and vehicle control systems in the automotive industry, medical devices such as CT scanners, ultrasound devices and other medical imaging systems, but also industrial automation systems such as robots or CNC machines.
Specifications
- Capacity: 4GB to 128GB
- Increased performance and bandwidth (up to 3,200 MT/s)
- Lower voltage for lower power consumption
- Improved reliability and data integrity
- Application areas:
Telecommunications, medical technology, industrial automation, industrial PCs, micro- and cloud servers, satellites, aerospace
Latest Generation: DDR4-3200
DDR4-3200 MT/s is the latest generation of fast, performance-oriented DRAM modules. They are optimized to support the latest scalable Intel® Xeon® Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze processors as well as 8th generation Intel® Core TM i7/i5/i3 processors. Increasing interface speed from 2,666MT/s to 3,200MT/s leads to a 20% increase of theoretical peak performance and improves performance of our most critical computer applications in industries such as telecommunications infrastructure, Network storage systems and Network Attached Storage (NAS) servers, micro/cloud servers and embedded systems such as industrial PCs.
DDR4 ECC VLP Mini-UDIMM
The DDR4 ECC VLP Mini-UDIMM is designed with high-speed performance and comes in a variety of densities and configurations. In addition to DDR4, the Mini-DIMM is also available with DDR2 and DDR3 technology. DDR4 ECC VLP Mini-UDIMM has a high speed of 2,400MHz, a high density of 16GB and an operating voltage of 1.2V. It is therefore ideal for high-performance computer applications.
