Embedded SSDs
Embedded memory like eMMC or BGA SSDs (managed NAND) are small devices (only the size of a stamp!) that are soldered directly onto boards. Thanks to its unique design without any moving parts and its low power consumption, embedded memory is ideal for systems that offer limited space.
DRAM ICs
Memory chips or DRAM ICs are also soldered directly onto the board. System-D offers a wide range of DRAM ICs / components from several manufacturers: SDRAM to DDR4 and LPDDR4, in various densities and temperature ranges.

DRAM-ICs with on-chip ECC
We offer DRAM ICs with on-chip ECC (Error Correction Code) as DDR1, DDR2, DDR3 and DDR4, as well as LPDDR4.
LPDDR4 memory is especially designed for very high speeds and low power consumption. They have an increased risk of errors resulting from random bit flops. The ECC error correction is of great advantage to ensure continuous operation in 24/7 industrial applications.
On-chip ECC DRAM ICs perform error corrections within the memory components. Parity bits are automatically verified in a memory section, and all single-bit errors are corrected before data output.
