Industrial SD

The very robust SD cards from ATP Electronics are designed to be used in extreme conditions (temperature, shock, vibrations). Through the integrated industrial grade temperature SLC (Single Level Cell) NAND Flash component and the high speed DRAM cache for data buffer, the industrial SD cards offer a broader operating temperature range from -40°C up to +85°C in optimum performance and reliability for systems who don't run in standard temperature ranges.

Thanks to the the SiP production process, all the industrial grade SD cards from ATP Electronics are completely encased and all the components protected. The cards are waterproof, dustproof, and also resistant to shock and electrostatic discharge.

 

Advanced Wear Leveling

This function aims at extending memory cards life expectancy. ATP Advanced Wear Leveling treats and manages all NAND Flash components in ONE drive as one unified memory management unit. Endurance is further improved when the total density increases (more spare space for spare blocks). Advanced Wear Leveling maps host device's logical addresses into NAND Flash physical addresses equally and randomly.

 

SD Life Monitor

The ATP Electronics SD Life Monitor allows you to see the current condition of the ATP cards. This allows you, for example, to supervise the remaining write and read cycles, or the wear of the card. This information will help you anticipate any disc drive failure, save the data and replace the card on time.

 

PowerProtector

The PowerProtector prevents you from any data-loss or writing-mistakes who could appear during a power failure. This standalone solution holds enough power to compensate any voltage variations, makes it independent from Controller and Firmware, and is also insensitive to temperature fluctuations.
